So for the last month me and mines spent some time in her home country of Israel. This time we decided to stay in Jaffa Port where there are great restaurants nearby and we can wake up to the beautiful view and sound of the Mediterranean Sea. We spent New Years staring at the ocean and it was intimate and beatiful.
Just because Im doing the press tour for Honey Boy doesn’t mean Im not still slanging these jokes. Catch a show sometimes!! P.S. I dont remember who took this or where this show was……haha
GREAT NEWS!! We are bringing the Byron Bowers Experience to @drafthousedc November 29th and 30th. Im happy to be going back to Washington DC because of its historical moments. First, I was the first headliner at the GRAND OPENING of this club AND it was the first time my mom ever went to Washington DC!! Click here for showtimes and tickets!
Jake Gyllenhaal, I call him “BIG JAKE” took some time to host a screening for Honey Boy. As you can tell Im wearing honey boy gear right now so Ive turned into a cheerleader for the film. Also Big Jake is cool as shit. He knows the camera well, look how straight his head is. Me and Alma is new at this. haha

I enjoyed doing this interview because it allows for a more intimate and personal insight on what went into a magical project like this. Im glad you all with me as I go through this journey. My before my first show in Sac I was approach by the house photographer Nick Larson about doing some pictures for the Punchline Comedy Club to hang on their wall. These were some of pictures that came out of that session. I was on the elliptical at the time. HAHA
